The downgrader will now remove the “read-only” attribute from files inside the GTA IV directory. However the install.bat file is still needed. The downgrader will no longer downgrade the radio via install.bat instead, the downgrader will take care of the radio downgrade itself which should also hopefully fix the downgrader getting stuck on “del install.bat / del jptch.exe”.

The downgrader will NOT delete any of your save files. The downgrader will now run in offline mode using only the files you've downloaded and put in the Data > Temp folder. Run the downgrader using the "LaunchInOfflineMode.exe".
Put the downloaded files in the Data > Temp folder. It is recommeded to run the downgrader with admin rights!
